Welcome to e7jez.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the e7jez platform, website, software, and related services (“Services”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using e7jez, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Definitions
“e7jez”, “we”, “our”, or “us” means the operator of the e7jez platform.
“Client” means a business, organization, or individual professional using e7jez to manage appointments.
“Customer” means an end user who books appointments through a Client.
“Services” means all software, booking tools, dashboards, websites, and related services provided through e7jez.
2. Service Description
e7jez is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) appointment booking platform that enables Clients to:
Accept online bookings
Manage appointments
Organize schedules
Communicate with customers
Operate booking workflows
Features may evolve over time and availability may vary by subscription plan.
3. Platform Role
e7jez provides software infrastructure only.
e7jez does not provide, supervise, guarantee, endorse, or participate in services offered by Clients through the platform.
Any agreement, appointment, payment, cancellation, dispute, or service relationship exists directly between the Client and their Customer.
e7jez is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, availability, pricing, conduct, or outcomes of services provided by Clients.
4. Account Registration
To access certain Services, Clients must create an account.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Keep account credentials secure
Maintain updated account information
Accept responsibility for activity under your account
You must notify us immediately if unauthorized account access occurs.
Future versions of e7jez may allow Customer accounts and additional terms may apply.
5. Subscription and Payments
Certain Services require a paid subscription.
By subscribing:
Payments are charged in advance for each billing cycle
Plans may be billed monthly or annually
Subscription fees are displayed before purchase
Failure to pay may result in suspension or limitation of Services
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.
e7jez does not intentionally store complete payment card numbers or security codes.
Unless required by applicable law, fees paid are generally non-refundable and unused subscription periods are not prorated.
You may cancel renewal at any time through your account settings.
6. Data and Content Ownership
Clients retain ownership of the business information, customer data, bookings, and content submitted through e7jez.
By using e7jez, Clients grant e7jez a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, store, transmit, and display such information solely for operating and improving the Services.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate rights and permissions to collect and process customer information.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the platform unlawfully
Interfere with platform security
Upload malicious software
Attempt unauthorized access
Reverse engineer or copy the platform
Resell or sublicense access
Send spam or fraudulent communications
Scrape data without authorization
Use automated systems that overload infrastructure
Operate illegal or harmful businesses through the platform
Violation of this section may result in suspension or termination.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in e7jez and its technology remain owned by e7jez or its licensors.
This includes:
Branding
Interface design
Software
Features
Documentation
Platform functionality
Clients receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
No ownership rights are transferred.
9. Availability and Changes
We continuously improve the platform.
We may:
Add or remove features
Modify functionality
Change pricing
Introduce new plans
Suspend features temporarily
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with all third-party systems, or continuous availability.
Scheduled maintenance and unexpected outages may occur.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
e7jez shall not be liable for:
Loss of revenue
Loss of bookings
Business interruption
Lost profits
Data loss
Indirect or consequential damages
Third-party service failures
Customer disputes
Delays or outages
Your use of the Services is at your own risk.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to e7jez during the previous three months.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts with or without prior notice where reasonably necessary if:
These Terms are violated
Abuse occurs
Payment obligations are unmet
Platform integrity or users are placed at risk
Upon termination:
Access may end immediately
Data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period
12. Privacy
Use of e7jez is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
Material changes may be communicated through email, platform notices, or account notifications.
Continued use after updates means acceptance of revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the competent courts of Amman, Jordan.
